Iowa Forensic Audit Petition

Iowa Forensic Audit Petition

We the People of Iowa hereby petition for a full forensic audit using the Kinematics process to examine all paper ballots submitted from all 99 Iowa counties in the November 3, 2020 election.

We the People of Iowa require this audit to:
• Prove our elections are honest and fair
• Ensure that each legal voter is entitled to one legal vote
• Regain our confidence in elections after numerous unexplained oddities reported
• Receive a comprehensive report to help improve future election processes

It is the right of the people to be assured of the integrity of elections; that each legal voter is entitled to one legal vote. Without learning from the 2020 election, there will be no way to assure that your vote is secure in 2022 or beyond.

If you agree, please join us by signing this petition.

WHEREAS, We the People petition that all paper ballots, including absentee ballots and special voters' precincts be preserved for a full forensic audit.

WHEREAS, We the People demand an independent forensic audit as espoused by Jovan Pulitzer’s kinematic artifact detection process.

WHEREAS, We the People have standing per Iowa Code 57.1.1.b "The outcome of the election on a public measure may be contested by petition of the greater of ten eligible electors or a number of eligible electors equaling one percent of the total number of votes cast upon the public measure; each petitioner must be a person who was entitled to vote on the public measure in question or would have been so entitled if registered to vote."

WHEREAS, We the People have several grounds per
Iowa Code 57.1.2.a "Misconduct, fraud or corruption on the part of any election official or of any board of canvassers of sufficient magnitude to change the result of the election."

Iowa Code 57.1.2.f "Any error in any board of canvassers in counting the votes, or in declaring the result of the election, if the error would affect the result."

WHEREAS, We the People are aware of secretive actions taken by Secretary of State Paul Pate. Secretary Pate hosted the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS), held Aug. 13-16, and in collaboration with known corrupt Secretaries from other States called for new audit guidelines seeking to ignore and suppress the will of We the People.
