Iowa’s Grand Theft 2020 By County

Update: 04 Dec 2021, Corrected some numbers in 4.1. Highlights

Update: 22 Oct 2021, All 99 Counties Completed

Introduction

In the previous article, Iowa’s Grand Theft Election 2020, I pulled from Theresa Holmes who compiled both Draza Smith’s analysis along with Seth Keshel for Iowa. Theresa can be found at https://t.me/GrandTheftElection2020 where she covers all 50 States.

Draza is a cyber engineer with two master’s degrees, in electrical engineering and in cyber engineering. She completed her doctoral work in cyber engineering, and awaits defense of her PhD dissertation. She has worked for Sandia National Labs focusing on Cyber and Grid Security. She explored the 2020 election count data from The New York Times (supplied mostly by Edison Research, with additions by The Associated Press) which shows the proportion of ballots voting for each candidate as the results came in, batch by batch. Her investigations indicate that results in many states potentially have been manipulated or controlled via a computer algorithm. Her site is here at https://t.me/ladydraza. She also took part in Mike Lindell’s symposium where she discusses the election being on “cruise control” towards a predetermined outcome, except the massive turnout for Trump broke the algorithm.

Seth Keshel is a former Army captain who served 6 years. He served with the Military Intelligence in South-West Asia (SWA). Seth’s investigations revealed that there were approximately 8,144,000 excess votes recorded for Joe Biden. He has published the results of his findings for all 50 States here at https://t.me/RealSKeshel

In discussions with others pursuing a full forensic audit in their own States, I decided to take the data from Mike Lindell’s Big Lie State by State series and put the Iowa data into something readable for the average person wondering if and how Iowa was affected. As I started visualizing the data, county by county, I kept going back to the first County, Adair, to add more information and visuals and repeat the pattern for the following counties — tedious. LOL

After a solid week of work, I’ve only managed to get from Adair County through Jones County (53 so far). Rather than wait another few days to complete all 99 counties, I figured it would be best to get it out there and field any questions while I complete the rest. While the 4-page summary for each county gives a simplified overview, it also serves as a launch pad for those willing to dig deeper into their own county which will be explained at the Additional Tools For Iowa section of this article. But first, let’s talk about color revolutions.

Color Revolution

Simply put, what we’ve endured since 2016 was a color revolution foisted upon President Trump and the nation as a whole by George Soros and the Deep State Swamp — both Democrats and RINOs. Before diving into the Iowa data, I can’t emphasize enough that you need to get familiar with the Color Revolution Playbook. Because only you, and other folks from a given county, are apt to be most familiar with the local politics and the subtle, and sometimes overt, “Color” changes that have taken place over the years of living and working there.

It is your insight and knowledge of you particular county that will enable you to connect the dots of the playbook at work. And by connecting those dots, it gives us all more of the “5Ws and H” (Who, What, Where, When, Why and How) to draw from in identifying the avenues of fraud that need to be eliminated in order to ensure a secure and fair election for all.

And by all means, feel free to share with me via email, AJ@AuditTheVoteIowa.com, in the comments below or at my Telegram Chat Group, https://t.me/AuditTheVoteIowa, username @usadevolution.

PatelPatriot’s Devolution Part 12 is an absolute must read to understand the playbook used against America, by “Americans” who hate the fact that we have our freedoms and wish to subjugate us. You can also watch, read along or just listen to the audio/video version as narrated by Patrick Gunnels.

If time is of the essence, you can also listen to Dave of X22Report give the Cliff’s Notes version in his podcast entitled “Color Revolution Never Ended, Playbook Known, Countermeasures Are In Place – Ep. 2596“.

Last but not least, with the points of reference that loop back to PatelPatriot’s research is none other than President Donald Trump himself in his speech from 13 October 2016, mere weeks before the 8 November elections.

My dear Patriots, the battle lines are clear; either the politicians currently in office are for We the People and resolved to fully investigate 2020, or they are our enemy. Plain and simple, America First Patriots or Global Communists, there is no in-between.

Do not accept the lame lies and excuses from the DIABLOs — Demonrats In All But Label Only — if they do not support a full forensic audit, they are part of the problem and must be primaried next June. I have a follow-up article that will discuss how perhaps you, YES YOU, can primary these enablers of our downfall. If not you, then who?

The Effect On Iowa

Trump was not the only target and yet, thanks to a massive turnout, he won Iowa. However, there are other candidates who in a tighter race, down ballot, actually lost a seat to someone who had the scales tipped in their favor. And again, it is not only the Democrats, but crooked DIABLOs — Democrat In All But Label Only — that committed this treasonous crime against our duly elected President and We The People. They had no qualms and with considerable malfeasance/misfeasance, knowingly did conspire with each other to deprive us of our fundamental equal protection under the law.

While it is too late to physically investigate 2012, 2014, 2016 or perhaps even 2018 (I have reason to believe otherwise), we still have until the 3rd of September 2022 to complete a full physical forensic audit of 2020 to identify the scope and means of perpetrating the “Big Lie”. Then rectify the issues so that we can have confidence in 2022 elections.

Without 2020, there is no 2022 or 2024 elections!!!

The Big Lie in 99 Iowa Counties

Shortly after Mike Lindell’s symposium, he released his “Big Lie” report for all 50 States, including a breakdown by county. Iowa’s data can originally be found here https://thebiglie.frankspeech.com/IOWA/index.html

The two parts are as follows: (with the help of a couple of Patriots, we manually transcribed Mike’s spreadsheet image to which you can download Lindell’s Iowa Big Lie Data.XLSX here in Excel)

Iowa Represented at the Big Lie Symposium

I would point out here that only 2 Iowa legislators accepted his invitation to attend; Representative Sandy Salmon of attended all three days and Senator Jim Carlin attended the third and final day. Disappointingly both did not come away on fire to call for a full forensic audit of all 99 counties, despite pleadings from numerous Iowa Patriots to do so. Rep Salmon instead only called for doing away with the machines, a la “Amish Voting”. Her explanation was that a full forensic audit of all 99 counties would cost millions and would be a waste of money, as Seth Keshel gave Iowa a “green scorecard”. Seeing how Iowa budget closes with full cash reserves, surplus of $1.24B, that argument is moot. That surplus is the people’s money and we won’t settle for anything less than a full forensic audit of all 99 counties.

Sen Carlin called for restoring confidence in our elections, whatever that means. I have spoken to his political director twice on the subject and asked that he consider coming out more forcefully on the subject of audits to no avail.

It was only on the eve of 24 September, and after the release of the Arizona Maricopa Audit Report, did both legislators come down off the fence and “sign” on to Wendy Roger’s call for a forensic audit. Unfortunately, that’s where the “Talk” ends and the “Walk” has yet to be seen.

Examples From Texas

With special thanks to my friend, Guy Smith of Texas; Guy has charted and mapped the four Texas counties about to get their forensic audit using Mike’s Big Lie Data for Texas. Additionally, as a current resident of the one county and former resident of the other, he has added his knowledge of the local politics to demonstrate the Color Revolution at work in Texas. In it, he identifies the known cast of characters, $$$ from external sources, like FaceBook, local conservative politicians smeared by Dems and Fake News in order to install Soros’ puppets, etc. I’ve attached only the two counties he is personally familiar with.

Guy Smith’s Tarrant County 2020 Fraud.PDF Guy Smith’s Williamson County 2020 Fraud.PDF

It is my hope that Iowa Patriots from each of the 99 counties, from Adair through Wright County will take the opportunity to follow Guy’s examples and help identify the Color Revolution at play in their respective counties.

I also want to shout out to a couple of other Patriots who wish to remain anonymous. Your assistance and knowledge is greatly appreciated.

Charting & Mapping Iowa’s Big Lie

Highlights

As I went through the data, county by county, I also compiled a list of noteworthy items for the counties that stand out in one way or another as follows:

 1.    The top 10 Counties with flipped votes, ranked by percentage: (Note: Corrected several of difference counts below on 04 Dec 21.)

Dallas County – 4,614 16.49%
Dubuque County – 4,446 16.34%
Winneshiek County – 996 15.97%
* All 99 Counties: – 139,278 15.52%

2.  The following counties (and the voting system used) that apparently use the same Internet Service Provider (ISP) and/or cloud platform:

  • Allamakee (Unisyn OVO / OVI) & Winneshiek (Unisyn OVO / OVI) used the same Internet Service Provider, Leaseweb USA, Inc., in Manassas, VA, IP 207.58.176.11.
  • Bremer (Dominion), Calhoun (Unisyn OVO / OVI), Hamilton (Unisyn OVO / FVT) & Wright (Unisyn OVO / OVI) used the same Internet Service Provider, SingleHop LLC in Chicago, IL, IP 184.154.61.162.

3. Two or more Counties that apparently were attacked from the same source/location:

  • Adams (Unisyn OVO / FVT), Monroe (Unisyn OVO / OVI) & Webster (Unisyn OVO / OVI) Counties (3 ea) were apparently attacked from Carolina Brothers Pit Barbeque in Ashburn, Virginia, with a GPS accuracy of 11 meter radius.

In case, anyone wonders, Apple officially has nothing to do any elections nationwide.
  • Fayette (ES&S M100), Louisa (Unisyn OVO / OVI), Mahaska (Unisyn OVO / OVI), Marshall (Unisyn OVO / OVI) & Polk (Unisyn OVO / OVI) Counties (5 ea) were apparently attacked from the driveway of Tucan’s Restaurant & Lounge, Quincy, WA, with a GPS accuracy of 111 meter radius.
  • Harrison (Unisyn OVO / OVI), Page (Unisyn OVO / OVI) & Sac (Unisyn OVO / OVI) Counties (3 ea) were apparently attacked from a parking lot in Dublin, Ohio, with a GPS accuracy of 11 meter radius.

 4.  Peculiar Observations, such as 35 data transfers that took place away from the County Auditor’s office (the furthest was 111 miles away) or that tabulations were not completed until days later, or errors in tabulation:

  • Appanoose: Appears that the recipient is outside at the Southwest corner (60 m) from the Appanoose County Court House in Centerville, Iowa; data was likely downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Benton: Appears that the recipient was by the railroad tracks about 6 blocks (0.5 miles) away from the Benton County Courthouse in Vinton, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Buchanan: Appears that the recipient was at the NE corner of Dunlap Motors car lot, 2 blocks (0.1 miles) away from the Buchanan County Courthouse in Independence, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Buena Vista:
    1. Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 04 Dec 2020. How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it days later?
    2. Appears that the recipient was at the US Post Office on corner of Cayuga and 4th, about 2 blocks (0.2 miles) from the Buena Vista County Courthouse in Storm Lake, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
    3. Note the intrusion date of 30 November, over 3 weeks after the election. Was it to clean up the change logs? If the presidential race wasn’t affected, then which race(s) were affected by late changes to the results?
  • Butler:
    1. Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 09 Nov 2020. How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it days later?
    2. Appears that the recipient was at the US Post Office on corner of Main and 3rd , about 4 blocks (0.3 miles) from the Butler County Courthouse in Allison, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Chickasaw:
    1. Appears the intruder was located inside Dynamic Productions, an Events Management company in Orangeburg, NY, with a GPS accuracy of 11 meter radius, BUT the IP belongs to Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corp at the other end of the 34 acre compound.
    2. Appears that the recipient was in the New Hampton Metal Fabrication plant, about 1.3 miles from the Chickasaw County Courthouse in New Hampton, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Clinton: Appears that the recipient was in front of the Clinton Nat’l Bank on 6th Avenue in Clinton, Iowa, about 0.8 miles (1.28 km) from the county courthouse and the GPS accuracy has a radius of 1.11 km, which might rule out actually reaching the machine(s) directly; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”
  • Dallas: Appears that the recipient was in a parking lot (GPS accuracy is down to 1 cm radius) a block (100 m) away from the Dallas County Court House in Adel, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Davis: Appears that the recipient was in a parking slot (GPS accuracy is down to 1 cm radius) in the NW corner, about 200 feet away from the Davis County Court House in Bloomfield, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Des Moines: Appears that the recipient was at the corner of Central Ave and Division St, about 0.9 miles from the Des Moines County Courthouse in Burlington, Iowa (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm); data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Fayetteville: Appears that the recipient was across the street (with GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius), about 260 feet from the Fayetteville County Court House in West Union, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Franklin:
    1. Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 09 Nov 2020. How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it later?
    2. Appears the recipient was sitting in a parking lot, before the polls opened, at the corner of 1st Ave and 2nd St about a block and half (0.2 miles) away from the Franklin County Court House in Hampton, Iowa, and would have downloaded the data unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later carried into the county offices where the machines were kept and “upgraded.
  • Hancock: Appears that the recipient was on corner of 3rd St and State St, about 0.4 miles from the Hancock County Court House in Garner, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Humboldt: Appears the recipient was in the Dakota City Post Office (with a GPS accuracy of 1 centimeter radius), 2 and half blocks (0.2 miles) from the Humboldt County Court House in Mt Pleasant, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Jasper:
    1. Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 11 Nov 2020. How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it later?
    2. Appears the recipient was outside, next to the Iowa Jaycees building (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius) and about a block and half (0.1 miles) from the Jasper County Court House in Newton, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Jones: Appears the recipient was in a street-side parking slot, just before midnight after the polls closed a few hours earlier, on Main St, in front of Anamosa Floral and the Art Gallery store (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius) and about 0.4 miles from the Jones County Court House in Fairfield, Iowa; data was probably either downloaded directly to the machine(s) via VPN or manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Keokuk: Appears the recipient was inside the Antique Mall (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius), and about 150 feet (50 m) from the Keokuk County Court House in Sigourney, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Kossuth: Appears the recipient was inside the Motor Vehicle Department (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius), across the street (0.1 miles) from the Kossuth County Auditor’s Office in Algona, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Lee: Know anybody that lives out by 190th St near the J50 off ramp for Hwy 61? Appears that the recipient was in that area (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius) and about 27.7 miles from the Lee County Court House in Keokuk, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Linn:
    1. According to Mike Lindell’s data, Linn has the 4th highest rate of flipped votes at 19.58%.
    2. Appears the intruder made contact from a wide highway median in Clarksville Tennessee, with a GPS accuracy of 11 meter radius (see intrusion map above). Hmm, so far off the highway? That would look really suspicious to a passing patrol car. Oh, wait, the IP belongs to the Clarksville Department of Electricity. Could it be that the attacker is also an electrical worker for the city?
    3. Appears that the recipient was inside the Jean Oxley Public Service Center – Linn County (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius), in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; data was probably either downloaded directly to the machine(s) or manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”. Is that any surprise, knowing what a reputation Linn County Auditor, Joel D. Miller, has as a partisan, by any means necessary, activist?
  • Louisa: Appears that the recipient was 3 blocks (0.2 miles) away (with GPS accuracy of 1 cm radius) from the Louisa County Court House in Wapello, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.

Know of any election official or poll worker that lives out there?
  • Mitchell: Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 09 Nov 2020. How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it later?
  • Monona: Tabulating Issues?? On 05 Nov, 9 ballots added, shuffled around between Trump (7) & Biden (2), first counted as ‘in person’, then moved to ‘absentee’. Next day 5 more ballots added – in the end, all 14 added ballots went to 3rd parties.
  • Monroe: Tabulations ran from night of election thru 08 Nov 2020. How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it a couple days later?
  • Montgomery: Appears that the recipient was in the Post Office, about 4 and half blocks (0.3 miles) from the Montgomery County Auditor (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius), in Red Oak, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Muscatine: Tabulating Issues?? Note how over 4k ballots (6 precincts) weren’t counted until 3:30am the following morning. If they realized they couldn’t catch up to Trump, did they go after GOP candidates down-ballot? How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it a couple days later?
  • O’Brien:
    1. Appears that the recipient was in the Post Office, about 1 block (0.2 miles) from the O’Brien County Courthouse (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius), in Primghar, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.

  • Osceola: Appears the intruder made contact from a park about 70 meters from the 20th Judicial District Court – Boulder County Combined Courts in Longmont, Colorado, with a GPS accuracy of 11 meter radius (see intrusion map above). Longmont Power & Communications (LPC) is the City’s not-for-profit electric and internet services utility.
  • Palo Alto:
    1. Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 09 Nov 2020. How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it a couple days later?
    2. Attacker apparently made contact from a park in Chinatown, NY, with a GPS accuracy of either 11 meters or up to 111 km radius, depending on if the latitude is “-74.0000” or simply just “-74”. Ironically, latitude -74.0000 places one next to a statute of Sun Yat-sen with the inscription; “All under heaven are equal”, which is hardly the case with election fraud.
    3. Appears that the recipient was in a residential area, about 3 and half blocks (0.5 miles) from the Palo Alto County Court House (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius), in Emmetsburg, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Pymouth: Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 09 Nov 2020. How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it later?
  • Polk County:
    1. According to Mike Lindell’s data, Polk has the 3rd highest rate of flipped votes at 19.93%.
    2. Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 04 Nov 2020. How does one mis-tabulate a whole batch of ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it the next day?
    3. Appears that the recipient was at 120 2nd Ave, about a block away from the Polk County Auditor’s office (with GPS accuracy of 1 cm radius) in Des Moines, Iowa; data was probably either downloaded directly to the machine(s) or manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Pottawattamie:
    1. Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 04 Nov 2020. How the heck does a race totally swap places? What about down-ballot races? Tabulator miscalibrated?? Accurate, safe & Secure, eh?
    2. Appears the recipient was on S. 6th St near the US District Court Clerk and about 3 and half blocks (0.3 miles) from the Pottawattamie County Elections building in Council Bluffs, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Poweshiek: Appears that the recipient was in a parking lot next to the Wilhelm Insurance Agency about 3 and half blocks (0.3 miles) Poweshiek County Auditor’s office (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius), in Montezuma, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Shelby:
    1. Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 06 Nov 2020. How does one mis-tabulate ‘Absentee’ ballots as ‘In-person’, then correct it the next day?
    2. The targeted IP, 18.192.76.182, used at the Courthouse appears to belong to Amazon for a server located in Frankfurt, Germany (https://www.lookip.net/ip/18.192.76.182).
  • Sioux: Appears that the recipient was in the Post Office about a block and half (0.2 miles) away from the Sioux County Auditor’s office (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius), in Orange City, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.
  • Tama:
    1. Appears that the recipient was 111 miles (2 hours) away from the Tama County Auditor’s office (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius) in Toledo, Iowa; data was probably either downloaded directly to the machine(s) or manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”. The driver is actually heading away from Tama going Southbound on Hwy 61 towards Scott County at quarter till 10 am on the morning of Election Day.
    2. Speculation; I think this is a classic “Man-In-The-Middle” attack. The driver left Tama County shortly after the polls opened (activating the Internet connections behind the backdoor) and then VPN’d back to the county SMTP server to allow a direct file transfer to the ES&S Ceberus FTP Server for setting up the steal. For a voting system that doesn’t connect to the internet, there is a lot of Internet hardware for the ES&S package, or does the SOS think we’re stupid?
  • Taylor: Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 09 Nov 2020.
  • Union: Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru 09 Nov 2020.
  • Van Buren:
    1. Tabulating Issues?? Tabulations ran from night of election thru the next morning.
    2. Appears that the recipient was in a street-side parking slot next to the Town & Country Tavern just before 1 am on Van Buren St and about 3 and half block (0.3 miles) from the Van Buren County Courthouse (GPS accuracy down to 1 cm radius) in Keosauqua, Iowa; data was probably manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”. Preview: Scott County Summary

The following is an example of what you will find in the 4 page summary for each county:

A view of Iowa’s total election tabulation using the Edison JSON tracker which is what the media uses to post live results (source: http://understandingedison.us/charts/).

Note: Original chart series only tracked the vote counts till the end of November; however recounts for Miller-Meeks vs Hart were in December (see below).  During the recount in certain precincts in December, 22 more Non-Absentee votes were “found” for Trump and 36 for Biden and 2 for Jorgenson on 04 Dec, then on 16 Dec, moved to the Absentee column.  Perhaps if all precincts were manually recounted, the totals would change again?  Stay tuned for a follow-on article where I discuss abnormalities within the SOS certified Scott County election results.

Notes: Lone Raccoon recently changed the format of his interactive chart app, so Adair – Marion Counties look somewhat different from the remaining Marshall – Wright Counties. Lone Raccoon is Jeff O’Donnell who did the deep dive into Mesa County Colorado (what we learned on Day 2 of Mike Lindell’s Symposium) and the data images, before and after Dominion agents erased incriminating evidence under the guise of “updating” the machines, and his report proves that the machines were deliberately designed to throw elections.

Check out his 11 October interview with the Conservative Daily. The report that he published and subject of the interview can be downloaded here, Mesa County Database and System Analysis.

When we are told the machines are air-gapped and can’t be connected to the Internet, it is a flat out misrepresentation!

Post Election Day Changes – Bi-cubic Chart Example (Iowa Co)

Post Election Day Changes – Linear Chart Example (Johnson Co)

You may also notice that Adair through Jackson charts have a smooth curve and afterwards, the lines are straight. That was a discussion I had with Jeff, while the bi-cubic generated curves are visually appealing, it could mislead people into thinking the votes “overshot” their target and were adjusted back down.

This chart is an effort by “Lone Raccoon”, https://magaraccoon.com/votereports.asp, to plot the County by County election data that was transmitted over the “wire” by the NY Times JSON files. Unlike the “by State” results which are updated every few minutes like the Edison Tracker at the top (for more details, see https://www.auditthevoteiowa.com/2021/09/iowas-grand-theft-election-2020/), there are very few datapoints. For example with Iowa, there are several timestamps between polls closing and the final results, whenever transmitted. In cases where results were contested and or random audits changed the results, there are additional updates, as in the case of several counties, particularly in the 2nd Congressional District between Miller-Meeks and Hart.

Additionally, I superimposed a small table in the bottom left to juxtapose the “certified results” versus Mike Lindell’s Big Lie numbers. I also projected Mike’s numbers onto the chart with arrows point to where Mike asserts are the true results (% stolen = Difference/Trump’s certified result, half stolen from Trump, half made up for Biden).

Whether one believes Mike Lindell or not is moot; we know that the NSA collects and archives every single byte of data that crosses the internet, as well as voice and SMS data from the telecoms. This collection effort was started under ECHELON in the mid-90s by the NSA – at least when it was officially acknowledged. So we take it for granted that the NSA has the data, but how and under what circumstances are WTP able to access the key data? Only with proper clearance.

Remember Trump’s EO # 13848.PDF, which was due to expire on 12 September 2021, yet China Joe extended EO # 13848.PDF (notice any differences between Trump’s EO and Xiden’s extension?). Former DNI, John Ratcliffe released his memo entitled “Views on Intelligence Community Election Security Analysis.PDF” on January 7th, 2021.

Simply put, as Patel Patriot notes, China has committed an act of war against us and this is where Space Force (formerly Air Force Space Command) comes in — Cyberspace Superiority.PDF – the operational advantage in, through, and from cyberspace to conduct operations at a given time and in a given domain *without* prohibitive interference.

Ergo, if Mike received clearance, then his data is correct; as his PCAPs would have come from NSA/Space Force. What he gave us is only the 40,000 foot view – a teaser, if you will, with just enough resolution to draw some conclusions. Just enough for some people to get scared, if they weren’t so arrogantly stupid, and sloppy.

In the interim, it’s up to us to keep pushing organically for a full forensic audit. Rest assured, NSA/Space Force also captured the S-/D-MAC addresses, as well as identifying info of the target machine, operating system etc. While this generic IP lookup service, captures some data about your computer, FaceBook captures more about you, even if you don’t have an account installed, but the NSA captures EVERYTHING.

For months, politicians have ignorantly told us that the machines, like Dominion do not have access to the internet. But we have since found out that all other vendors offer the option as well. So why would they offer it, knowing it jeopardizes election integrity? Because those in control wanted it and are upset that their dirty secret is out. Besides, a direct connection to the internet isn’t required, when thumbdrives stuck into a USB port works just as well.

With that out of the way, let’s proceed to see what Mike’s data gives us; first with the “intrusion” from outsiders, then the targeted County Auditor’s voting system.

What the above table shows is that 6 Counties, including Scott (larger font) were attacked from the same location and from the same ISP Gateway.

Attacker(s) made contact with 6 counties (Dallas, Floyd, Hancock, Howard, Iowa & Scott) from within the Apple, Inc. campus in Cupertino, California, with a GPS accuracy of 1.1 kilometer radius.

Notes:

  1. Intrusion from IP 17.121.115.10 is traced to Apple WWNet, Cupertino, CA, which targeted a server at IP 104.18.87.30, hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., based in San Francisco, CA???
  2. According to the geo-location data;
    1. Appears the intruder(s) made contact with 6 counties (Dallas (Unisyn OVO / OVI), Floyd (Unisyn OVO / OVI), Hancock (Unisyn OVO / OVI), Howard (Unisyn OVO / OVI), Iowa (Unisyn OVO / OVI) & Scott (ES&S DS200)) from within the Apple, Inc. campus in Cupertino, California, with a GPS accuracy of 1.1 kilometer radius (see intrusion image above) In case, anyone wonders, Apple officially has nothing to do any elections nationwide.
    2. Appears that the recipient was at the Scott County Office Complex in Davenport, Iowa; data was probably either downloaded around 2:22pm on Thursday, 5th of November, directly to the machine(s) or manually downloaded unto a thumbdrive (removable media), to be later inserted into the USB port of the machine(s) for “upgrading”.

Curiously, the County Auditor, Roxanna Moritz abruptly decided to step down after 12 years due to the recent passage of laws shortening Iowa’s early and Election Day voting and move away from the Quad Cities to marry her fiance. Her statement: ”After a difficult year in 2020 with both the Primary and the General Election, I have decided it is time for me to retire. Not only did we face the constant barrage of lies and innuendos in regards to the security and integrity of elections, but name calling and physical threats. It was not just me, but my staff faced this abuse as well.”…

Additional Tools For Iowa

Earlier, I had created an Excel template (click here to download the Lindell vs Your County spreadsheet) that folks can use to analyze the particular 2020 Election results for their county(s) of interest using the Excel data provided by the SOS website.

When you open the ‘Lindell vs Your County’ file, you will find two tabs;

The 1st tab is for you to enter your county’s election results. You may have to add or subtract races depending on your particular county, I highly recommend that you add races by selecting a block of entire rows, right-click ‘copy’, then select the insertion row, right-click ‘insert copied cells’ so as to not break the Conditional Formatting.

The 2nd tab is where I filled out the data for my county, Scott County, for your purview and as a sample to follow.

The cells’ Red or Green background will automatically change (Conditional Formatting) depending on who wins a particular category. As you can see from Trump’s race, the truth is that he won Scott County and did not lose to Biden as County Auditor Roxanna Moritz and SOS Paul Pate would have us believe.

Likewise, Ernst and Miller-Meeks, riding on Trump’s coattails, could have flat out won.

A lot of people are looking at this backwards because they are fixated on the “Chinese hacking” stuff. It’s not about fake votes injected into the digital vote totals from abroad as much as it is Trump votes removed at the local level by county officials — and then they had to make an equal # of Trump paper ballots disappear.

— Epoch Journalist and blogger, Brian Cates

As you go further down the ballot, you will see how the above quote from Brian Cates comes into play with the “Undervotes”. When someone is busily removing a certain number of ‘Trump ballots’ and replacing them with ‘Biden ballots’, they’re not bothering with much of the down-ballot candidates, except for those that they need to boost over the line.

Because most voters tend to vote straight ticket, that also means that Republican down-ballot candidates are thrown out, but corresponding Democrat doesn’t gain any fake votes, so their races become tighter, but might still win simply by the attrition of Republican losing 3,811 votes.

With Scott County, nothing really jumps out as an obvious theft, without comparing to prior elections to detect the trends. For example, were there fewer rates of Undervotes in 2012 & 2016? What of the turnout ratio? However, for those in Linn and Johnson Counties among a few others, you will see some figures jump out at you. Especially if the turnout votes of registered voters exceed 75% ~ 80%.

Notes:

  1. Column B references the Sheet/Tab number for a particular race.
  2. Choose 1“, “Choose Y or N“, etc, simply denotes the instructions given for a particular race. For example, for President and Legislators, the voter has to choose 1 of the candidates. Judges get a thumbs up or down. With Board of Supervisors, the instructions may require the voter to choose 2, or more as the case may be.
  3. Go to the SOS website to download the applicable 2020 General Precinct Vote Totals by County here
  4. Of all the counties, Scott is the only one that has posted a PDF file (thanks a lot Roxanna/Paul), instead of an excel sheet, so I had to manually create a spreadsheet to match the format used by all the other counties. Click here to download a copy of the Scott_Gen_Prect_Vote_Tot spreadsheet.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach me for assistance and if necessary, I may have to do another article to just explain the template in greater detail.

And please consider sending me a copy of your completed template to aj@auditthevoteiowa.com, or tag me at https://t.me/AuditTheVoteIowa my user handle is @usadevolution

Suggested FOIA Items

Note: I look forward to your input for adding to this list.

  1. Purchase contracts for internet services
    1. Copies of internet traffic logs for 02 – 10 November 2020 to/from the election department.
  2. Does the services provide remote access via VPN? Typically used when workers working from home can access work servers, folders & files?
    1. Copies of remote access logs for 02 – 10 November 2020 to/from the election department
  3. List of names and functional responsibilities of paid employees, including “Special Government Employees” (SGE) as classified by Homeland Security Act of 2002 and exempted from Public Law 92-463 and listed by CISA’s Election Infrastructure Subsector Coordinating Council Charter (EISCC) document (page 3), contractors and vendors who supported the 2020 elections between January and December 2020?
    1. Copies of emails and or any other correspondence with SGE and contractors concerning election certifications, equipment (hardware/software), processes, services and/or updates between 01 January 2020 and today.
  4. List of volunteers that also had functional access to the machines?
  5. Did employees and volunteers receive any form of training and/or instructions for teleworking?
    1. If so, please provide a copy of instructions, protocols.
    2. If required to sign a telework agreement governing acceptable and proper use of County assets and infrastructure for “working from home” or remotely. Please provide list of those who signed and/or didn’t sign such an agreement.
  6. Copies of signed and notarized certification for each voting system hardware and software.
  7. How are absentee ballots tabulated?
  8. Copy of voter rolls. For Scott County, they have a single page form and costs $10 for which they will give you a USB thumbdrive with the data mostly in Excel and some data in Word or PDF
  9.

Recommended Fixes

Note: I look forward to your input for adding to this list.

  • Get rid of these machines (China either owns or has interests in 75% of the voting machines used in the 50 States, territories and possessions)
  • Seeing how some ISP companies are based out of state or even country. Perhaps, these county services providers need to be bonded and based locally withing Iowa; with the requirement they be owned and operated by Iowans?
  • The SOS website needs to be more transparent (not simply meeting minimum Sunshine Law requirements) and accessible. Any and all data needs to be easily exported to CSV/XML for easy data analysis by anyone. We need to be able to verify whatever the SOS puts out and if necessary fact check them.
  • Open Source voting machines, no more secretive blackboxes where we have to trust the word of the vendor that it is secure. Systems like https://www.voting.works/
