Iowa Senator Joni Ernst (R) sent me an email statement on 05 Jan 2021 regarding her intention to accept the state-certified electors: Sen Ernst recognizes that many Iowans are upset, she also recognizes that many Iowans are happy with the election outcome, but offers no opinion of her own other than these are issues she takes seriously [cue “ because I’m a Veteran”]. For her, it’s just a simple disagreement between Iowans, but she is focused on moving forward; to be bipartisan and, with comity towards the other side of the aisle, work to solve issues most important to Iowans.
Would you like some milk with your toast?
Bipartisanship: It’s one thing to seek bipartisanship, it’s another thing to seek it from people who say and do everything that reeks of bipartisanship. People who hate everything that made America great and take every opportunity to tear her down. Best thing to do is just step away and say; “Call me when you’re serious”. Then do it. Walk away…
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Classic spineless RINOs; keep offering a hand out spirit of bipartisanship and comity, only to have the hand spat on and slapped away. SMH.
Ernst re Cheney: More proof that Joni is out of touch? Joni defends Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) from efforts to unseat her from the No. 3 House Republican post, calling the efforts “cancel culture.” Joni accuses party of cancel culture over Liz Cheney ousting.. That’s rich considering both Liz and Joni led the effort to cancel Iowa Rep. Steve King, by accepting as fact, the left’s false narrative, that he’s a bigot and “white supremacist” and supporting efforts to strip his position in various committees. To paraphrase Barry Goldwater, Steve is guilty of being an extremist in support of preserving our Western Civilization and closing our borders to illegal aliens. And no need to go into whatever that nonsense was of throwing her now ex-husband under the bus for the politically incorrect crime of “hetero-christian-white-patriarchy”. It’s sad when a supposed conservative accepts and uses the left’s narrative to “eat our own”. And they presume to be our “leaders”, when we only elected them to use their common-sense and represent the will of We-The-People.
I’ve been signed up to get her newsletters for well over a year. It’s always the same old poll-tested tropes about cutting spending, protecting the unborn, better care for the veterans, blah, blah, blah. No offense whatsoever to the unborn and vets; but I’m sick of politicians promising to DO things but accomplish squat, while tooting their horns about this bill or that bill which merely papers over issues instead of actually reforming and improving matters.
|Magnify Motto||Iowa State Motto: “Our Liberties We Prize and Our Rights We Will Maintain”. It will behoove the elected we send to DC to engrave this on their forehead and do everything possible to claw back our liberties and rights from the federal leviathan. Instead, they go to DC and heap more regulations, more laws upon us. If anyone can point to a bill in which Sen Ernst wrote or cosponsored a bill that actually reduced the size of government or eliminated a significant portion of the budget. Let alone devolve any abrogated rights back to the People or the States as guaranteed by the 9th and 10th Amendment.|
While Trump was delivering on his accomplishments (606 items under 63 subcategories and 18 categories in all); it has been the establishment politicians that have been standing on the sidelines, sucking on their Slurpees, pointing and tut-tutting amongst themselves, with raised pinkie fingers; “By Jove, Ralphie, that is no way to get things done around here in DC!” “Don’t tweet mean things, you bad ole Orange Man…” And they wonder why Trump is beloved by a super-majority of Americans.
|One final thing… What the heck does “Make ’em Squeal” mean?I’m sorry Sen Ernst, but it doesn’t mean what you intended for us rubes to think. Pain? That squeal generally lasts for about as long as it takes to make that cut. But end result is that the piglet grows up to be an extra tasty and juicy hog, fetching premium market prices, compared to the brother that didn’t get snipped. It’s kabuki theater… Give the private-/public-sector hogs a very public snipping so they can go back into the board rooms and conference rooms and plot what to do with the extra taxpayer $$$?|

Remember: if Lindell proves beyond a reasonable doubt that he has what he claims he does, it would instantly trigger the prescribed actions enumerated in this Executive Order that is still in force: https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2018-09-14/pdf/2018-20203.pdf
What prescribed actions, you ask? The ones listed here:
Time is running out for Sen Ernst to get off the fence or get run over by the Audit Train.
Ok, I’m done with my rant.
