Iowa CD-03 Representative Cindy Axne (D)

I could not find a statement regarding the state-certified electors for President, but here is Axne Statement on Iowa’s Second Congressional District:

Date: 22 Dec 2020

“… It is critical that every Iowan’s voice is heard in this election – and to that end, Rita Hart has Constitutional and legal grounds to pursue that goal at the federal level.

I support a transparent process that ensures every properly-cast vote in this contest is counted. It is the only way to give Iowa voters full faith and confidence in the outcome of this historically-close election.”

Notice her “transparency” for me and my cohorts, but not for thee.  Rita Hart deserves every constitutional and legal grounds to contest the CD2 elections, but not a word regarding President Trump.  Furthermore, compare and contrast her 13 Jan 21 statement stoking the fires of division with regards to the violence perpetrated by Antifa/BLM “rallies” to what we know really happened:

Date: 13 Jan 2021

“This summer, millions of Americans protested the killings of Black men and women and demanded changes in a society that still ignores, undervalues, and discriminates on the basis of race.

In Washington, demonstrators were met with rubber bullets, tear gas, and brutal beatings. Military personnel and equipment were deployed throughout the city, and ultimately it was used to brutally squash demonstrations – beginning on the day that President Trump used military force to stage his own photo op.

Last week, a different group converged on our nation’s capital. This group was not peaceful, it was largely white, and instead of being insulted by our President, they were invited by him. They stormed the Capitol, ransacked the halls of government, and even when reinforcements arrived to expel them – this group was allowed to walk out the front door and get a head start on evading the authorities.

I know that many black and brown Americans saw last week as another clear reminder of the difference that race still makes in America. Violence and destruction can and should be equally condemned, but if it is met with unequal force then we reinforce the reality that being White and a criminal in America can get you caught, but being Black and innocent in America can get you killed.

Promoting racial justice and dismantling structural racism must remain a priority as we move forward and heal from the events of last week.”

Yet, in 2018, Government drops charges against all inauguration protesters accused of participating in a violent protest on the day of President Donald Trump’s inauguration.  More than 200 people were arrested after the protest, during which several store windows were broken and a parked limo set ablaze. Two group trials ended in defeats for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, which was hindered by the fact that most protesters wore similar black clothing and covered their faces.  “Solidarity was what won the case,” said Sam Menefee-Libey, a member of the DC Legal Posse activist collective. “I hope that organizers and people on the left study it.”

That sums it up.  Patriots get classified as Domestic Terrorists while leftist agitators and anarchists like Antifa and BLM are “peaceful demonstrators” as they terrorize, burn and loot across America.

Did you know that www.antifa.com leads straight to the Biden Whitehouse.gov webpage?  Try it.

Remember: if Lindell proves beyond a reasonable doubt that he has what he claims he does, it would instantly trigger the prescribed actions enumerated in this Executive Order that is still in force: https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2018-09-14/pdf/2018-20203.pdf

What prescribed actions, you ask? The ones listed here:

Time is running out for Rep Axne to get off the fence or get run over by the Audit Train.
